"The 2023 Vinoville comes from Sonoma and Napa Valley Sauvignon Blanc grapes. Gooseberry and pink grapefruit blossom mark the nose with shades of kiwi. This is fresh, neatly-textured stuff that is drinking great in its vibrant youth. Drink 2025-2030." — Owen Bargreen, 91 Points

"The 2023 Vinoville Sauvignon Blanc bursts with vibrant aromas of citrus blossom, limes, fresh-cut grass, and tropical fruits like passionfruit and guava. On the palate, it delivers a zesty, mouthwatering acidity balanced by notes of lime, green apple, and a subtle minerality that adds depth. A lively, well-balanced white that leaves a lasting impression of freshness and finesse."  — International Wine Report, 90 Points

"The 2023 Vinoville Sauvignon Blanc 65% Sonoma County 35% Napa County (Calistoga). Appropriately there are some aromas of pina colada, not fully ripe pineapple, jasmine, orange blossom, gooseberry and plenty of stone fruits, a contribution from it’s Napa Valley vineyard including white nectarine, white peaches and apricot. And like the bouquet, the palate also has a fruity bent. Easy, enjoyable and crowd pleasing. Poolside. Easy drinking, well made wine. Its flavors include ripe pepino melon, pineapple, pineapple guava, ripe golden delicious apples, yellow peach and nectarine. Minerally, steely and flinty, especially noticeable on the finish. Drink this on the beach under an umbrella with a view of the turquoise waters. Fun, fruity and flirty. The friendly chap on the front label is an image of Captain Blanc Beard, the parrot. And this wine was aged entirely in stainless steel. When our brother owned a sailboat, we often used to sail in the San Francisco Bay. We always had wine. This bottle would have been the ideal ‘boat’ wine to take with us on those trips." — Napa Wine Project
